Jason

Co-Founder & Director

Jason has been managing large development projects, both commercial and residential, for over twenty five years. Jason’s first development role was with the Walt Disney Company in Paris, France, where as part of the pre-opening management team, Jason was responsible for opening the New York Coliseum Convention Centre, the largest convention space in Europe at the time, both on schedule and with all the creative flair expected of any large Disney opening.

Since those crazy Disney days Jason has gone on to build a career creating, managing and rolling out nationally, new leisure and retail concepts for Hilton Hotels, Whitbread PLC and Compass Group PLC as well as further developing the retail and environmental landscape for a number of British universities.

Jason’s passion for design and his well-honed project management skills led him latterly to the residential sector where he takes great pleasure in supporting homeowners in creating a dream home for them and their family.

David

Co-Founder & Director

While pursuing his degree in accounting and international tax law, David funded his studies working in construction. After completing his degree in 2004 he decided to pursue a career in construction management working for a respected building company where he quickly progressed to site manager running major residential development projects.

David’s goal on leaving university was to own and operate a construction company, something he successfully achieved in 2010. Specialising in projects which require extensive structural alterations, David has been involved in a number of major redevelopment projects in SW London over the last ten years and has extensive knowledge of all types of development.

Today, David supports and advises homeowners on construction matters, assists in the selection of qualified tradesmen and project manages the build elements to ensure the project stays on schedule and is built to both code and specification.

Candice

Senior Party Wall Surveyor

Candice studied Politics and Spanish at the University of Exeter before moving to London where she worked in Financial PR, followed by a career in project management within the residential development sector.

Having managed the construction project lifecycle from start to finish; managing the process from initially working with clients on their requirements, through the design, procurement and construction stages, Candice found the most frustrating aspect of the process to be Party Wall Awards and therefore decided she could do it better.

After a lengthy training period, Candice joined the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors in 2015 and very quickly established herself in SW London as the ‘go-to’ Party Wall Surveyor when an award is required to be in place. Today Candice brings a wealth of experience to the award process and her pragmatic, common sense, can-do approach to party wall conversations with clients, adjoining homeowners and their representatives are welcomed by all.
