In some instances, where new suppliers are asked to tender for work, a vigorous due diligence review is undertaken to ensure that they meet our rigorous delivery standards. New suppliers will be fully referenced and their financial situation analysed before a recommendation is made. Once selected all suppliers only get paid for work actually delivered ensuring that the home owner is never exposed financially.

Once appointed Project Manager, three quotes are always sought in order to give homeowners choice in who will fulfil the specific responsibilities/functions. Many of the suppliers we work with also offer preferential rates to our clients, ensuring that every pound you spend on your project goes as far as possible..
